MEMBERS PRESENT: Connie, Diane, Ann, Tammy, Brian

NOTE: Ann and Brian do not have e-mail – need to get them a copy of the minutes.

MEMBERS NOT PRESENT: Father Stecklein, Don, & Joy

NEWCOMERS:

None – Diane took care of the Holoperiks

BAPTISMS:

No new baptisms

MARRIAGES:

• Joel Kelty and Morgan will be married in April – group decided to wait until after the wedding to give them anything.

WELCOME HOME:

Jeff Greathouse is home from the military – Diane will check on this.

EVENTS:

• Mothers Day: Assorted Flowers in dixie cup, to hand out after mass to mothers.  May 13th.

• Tammy will pick up flowers, approximately 156 (packs of 6), a bag of garden soil, and cups.
• flowers, a bag of garden soil, and cups will be dropped off at Diane’s house on 05/12/2012. 124 West 10^th street, 285-2921. Ann will plan to help pot the flowers – 527-4419.
• Tammy and her boys will help pass flowers out on Sunday, Ann will plan to help hand out on Saturday night.

• Fathers Day: decide at the May meeting
  • Diane will get up to date catalogues.

- NEXT MEETING 04/23/2012 to go over last minute details for the Bible Bingo.

-Next regularly scheduled meeting will be on May 6^th, 2012 after mass.

OTHER:

Barb Hammond meeting on Bible Bingo

• Larned Community Center: Bible Bingo May 5th 2012
• Each member will get 15 fliers to put around town. Be sure to pick up tickets to sell.

Tally sheet to keep track of who has tickets and sold tickets.  Need to have accurate ticket count to be able to settle up at the completion of event.

Diane sell Tickets 4-22 after mass and at Belpre after mass on 4-29

Connie Sell tickets after mass 4-22 and 4-29

Ann sell tickets 4-21 and 4-15 after mass

Brian sell Tickets 4-14 and 4-28 after mass

Concessions

Talk to Brenda about PSR/HS youth group students doing a concessions.

1. Guest Tickets for Dominican Sisters and Priest ?

Collection taken up could be used for a recumbent bicycle for the Infirmary- for donations taken after performance of Bible Bingo.

1. Barb making reservations at Rodeway Inn.
2. Jerry and Julie Ford booked for technical support.  have several parish high school students

4. Mass at Fort Larned: June 2nd

Centennial Celebration October 24th with meal @ Community center

PSR will be ending on May 9^th. POC will do Thank You Cards for the cathechist teachers. Tammy will check with Brenda for the names of the Teachers and the Sunday youth ministers. Tammy will also check with Sonic for $5 gift cards for each of the cathechists and youth ministers.
